Based on the EPC Global standard, the TrackMind PLS system is S5 Systems proprietary technology to accurately locate RFID passive and semi-passive tags in real-time.

The TM-PLS technology consists of RFID locators and RFID tags which are based on the EPC Global standard enhanced with S5 technology to locate the tags. The TM-PLS technology locates tags with a resolution of +/- 2 feet and calculates the location within 2 seconds.

The TM-PLS solution consists of TrackMind Locator (TML) and TrackMind Tag (TMG) which together provide the unique ability to locate tags.
